Job Description
The projects you are expected to work with comprise any of the following: college and university papers, essays, term papers, cliff notes, books reports, dissertations, movie/film reviews, PowerPoint presentations, Excel Spreadsheets, grant proposals, resumes, finance projects and the like. Certainly these projects involve the following fields of study: accounting, business, algebra, math, philosophy, history, sciences, medicine, psychology, marketing, literature, nursing, etc.
The process
Our system is integrated in the network system that connects numerous writers and customers in a collaborative environment. Our system allows processing dozens of projects daily, on a 24/7 basis. Whenever a new project is posted, it becomes available on the board for writers to view and take. Whoever gets the project first, is assigned to working on it. Every project has its unique specificications, such as due date, number of pages, special citation style and other details. The writers can view and examine all peculiarities and details of the project before taking it. Whenever the project is taken, it becomes available only in the writer’s individual account and can no longer be viewed or taken by other researchers.
Individual account
Upon successful acceptance of your application, you will receive a personal account hosted on the corporate server. You will be given a login and a password to monitor all available and pending projects, keep basic accounting, view the history of your projects and communicate with customers or the management.
Importance of deadlines
Since every project has a stipulated deadline initially selected by the customer, you are supposed to honor it, too. Certainly, some projects take longer to complete than others and in some cases the client might require more than an average effort on the part of the researcher or writer. If that happens to be the case you have a freedom of negotiating the deadline extension with the customer directly, using your persuasive and communication skills. Our instant messaging system allows writers and clients to quickly establish lines of communication and agree on details. Still, if you the suggested (new) deadline is not confirmed by the client or the management, you are expected to complete the order by the time period specified in project details. Failure to honor the deadline might frequently result in a fine imposed on your account or a complete order cancellation. In any case, if you are not confident you can complete the order on time it is better not to take it in the first place, unless you want to possibly have it cancelled by the customer (and waste your time). The key to success is dedication, energy, and diligence. If you are not certain, it is always better to ask the client (or the management).
Wages
Every project is paid differently, depending on the deadline, project difficulty, and the level of the writer. The fee is negotiable and can be increased by the administration in some cases. Signing up for the project (“taking it”) means that you agree to complete it according to the project details and on time. Only when you had demonstrated the effort to diligently follow the instructions, you get the listed fee. The salary is disbursed on a monthly basis (for new writers) and on a bi-weekly basis for more experienced writers. We use different payment modes to precisely meet your specific needs.
